Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate, a flat rate, or a contingency rate. An hourly rate is based on detailed logs of time spent on your case which will be disclosed to you upon the closing of a case about which you will be kept regularly informed. A flat rate is a price set on specific tasks you would like MJK Legal to accomplish for you. In the case of a contingency rate, MJK Legal will only be paid if you are paid. MJK Legal will keep in touch with you during your case, and will always be available to answer any questions you might have. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Retainers must be paid upfront.
